About this policy
This Privacy Policy applies to GetTravel.online and explains how information is handled when you visit the site or submit an acquisition inquiry. Privacy and data-related questions may be sent to GetTravelOnline@gmail.com.
Information you provide
The inquiry form may request your name, company, email address, phone number, intended use, offer amount, and message. When you submit the form, those entries are sent to Netlify Forms and may be included in related Netlify notifications. Netlify Forms and those notifications are the authoritative records of inquiries.
How inquiry information is used
Inquiry information may be used to review and respond to your message, discuss a possible transaction, prevent misuse, maintain appropriate records, and meet applicable obligations. Form entries are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics 4 or Microsoft Clarity.
Necessary site and security technologies
Necessary functionality includes Netlify hosting and operational processing, Netlify Forms, the form honeypot, Google reCAPTCHA for abuse prevention, storage of your consent preference, a short-lived form-transition flag, and functionality required to operate and secure the site. These features remain active when optional analytics is declined.
Google reCAPTCHA
Netlify-provided Google reCAPTCHA is used for form security and abuse prevention. It may contact Google and process technical information before you make an optional analytics choice. It is separate from optional Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, and it remains available when optional analytics is declined. Google’s processing is subject to its own terms, settings, and technical behavior.
Optional Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics 4 loads only after you affirmatively allow analytics and while no active Global Privacy Control signal is detected. It may process page views, device and browser information, referral information, approximate location, interaction events, and analytics identifiers. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization remain denied.
Optional Microsoft Clarity
Microsoft Clarity loads only after you affirmatively allow analytics and while no active Global Privacy Control signal is detected. It may provide session recordings, heatmaps, click and scroll information, device and browser information, approximate location, and similar usage analytics. The inquiry form is masked so form fields are not intentionally captured, and no first-party code intentionally sends form entries to Clarity.
Storage and technology inventory
- gettravel_consent_v1 — GetTravel.online local storage used to remember the analytics choice, schema version, timestamps, and decision source. It contains no form entries and is retained for approximately six calendar months from the latest choice.
- gettravel_lead_transition_v1 — GetTravel.online session storage containing a version, form name, timestamp, and random one-time nonce after a locally validated form submission attempt. It contains no form values and is valid for no more than 15 minutes.
- _ga and _ga_ZFVD75H668 — Google Analytics cookies that may appear only after Allow analytics. Their browser lifetime is controlled by Google’s current configuration and may be up to approximately two years.
- _clck and _clsk — Microsoft Clarity cookies that may appear only after Allow analytics. They support analytics identifiers and recording/session continuity; their lifetime is controlled by Microsoft and browser behavior.
- reCAPTCHA-related storage — Google reCAPTCHA requests and frames are present before optional analytics consent. No specific readable reCAPTCHA cookie was confirmed in the project audit; this does not prove that Google uses no storage or identifiers.
Consent lifetime and withdrawal
The analytics preference is retained for approximately six calendar months. The site may ask again after expiration or a material consent-system change. You can reopen the interface using the Privacy choices control below. After withdrawal, optional analytics is disabled, vendor consent-denial instructions are sent when available, and the site attempts to remove known first-party-accessible analytics cookies. Withdrawal does not necessarily erase information already processed by a service provider.
Global Privacy Control
The site recognizes an active Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal and keeps optional analytics disabled while that signal is present, even if an earlier stored choice allowed analytics. GPC is distinct from Do Not Track. This describes the site’s conservative technical policy and does not claim that GPC applies identically to every service or jurisdiction.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with hosting, form-processing, security, analytics, or professional service providers when reasonably necessary for the purposes described here or to meet legal requirements. Browser-storage lifetimes are described above. Netlify form records and third-party vendor data are retained according to applicable account settings, provider policies, operational needs, and legal requirements; this policy does not state unverified exact vendor-side retention periods.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs. Contact GetTravelOnline@gmail.com.
Security
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not submit passwords, payment details, or other highly sensitive information through the inquiry form.
Children
This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the website, service providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date will be shown above.
